The linoleum floor including the bathroom was disgusting and dirty. I had staff coming and clean it but a lot of the stains stayed. It needs a total replacing. Never staying there again. Very dingy and old outside. Would have moved but I prolly would have lost the money for the stay.

Old wall AC that was loud and sounded like it was going to Break. The room had a foul odor carpets were not clean. There was no hand soap in the dispenser. In the shower the shampoo and conditioner dispensers were nearly empty and when you pushed the level to disperse chunks of product came out. Totally gross. I went and purchased my own cleaning supplies to wipe the counters off in the room. The lady that checked me in was a bit rude on the phone when I told her I was on my way but when I met her in person she appeared pleasant. From my experience I would not recommend this place to anyone

They have the right ideas with the rooms! Nice tiled flooring nice tile in the bathroom, however cleanleness was non existent... the shower curtain had brown splatter stains on it the towels had stains and looked dirty, the floors had dirt on them and behind the bathroom door looked like it it had never been cleaned. The toilet seat had dried urine on it and undermeath the seat was covered it poop splatter... The room smelt awful as well. A little more attention to detail when cleaned would go a long way! Wiping down surfaces like the dressers, night stand, bathroom vanity and even light switches. Properly vacuuming add wiping down the floors, shower and toilet and even the front of the vanity.

The hotel did a good job with the older property that they had. The room was super clean, but there is no getting around the fact that it is an old hotel. Staff was super friendly at check-in. Long term residence, which usually means run-down, but overall, fairly quiet. The shower had a little trouble draining when we arrived, but hubby was able to fix it...hair was blocking it. No Thinset between the tiles on the shower curb. Ice machine was apparently broken...seems like an easy fix, so a little disappointing, but it happens. Still needs a little sprucing up, but it was a budget hotel & I'd stay again.

Staff was good. Ac didn’t work, water in the sink didn’t go down, room smelled like cigarettes, candy left in fridge, shower floor didn’t look clean and fridge had water condensation all inside of it. It was a horrible 2 days and worse room I ever stayed in !

If I could give my stay a 10 star review I would! Britney Manager went above and beyond in every way to ensure that I stay was comfortable. I had travel delays due to Thanksgiving holiday and they were incredibly understanding and accommodating. You can tell she really cares for the folks that stay and genuinely wants to ensure that you have everything that you need. If you’re looking for a budget friendly stay in the Orlando area. This is definitely your place.

Emphasison budget. Check in very friendly. Room was quite clean, bedding was comfortable. Pillows were extremely (too) soft, I needed 4 to make a real support. Biggest issue was no hot water for shower. Hot water came through at the sink, but even after 20 minutes the shower was cold, at any time of day.
