"Great location and beautiful hotel the only thing is that the bartenders as well as the restaurant servers are “in no hurry” it takes some time to get served. If you don’t get your chair around the pool by 9am you can’t get one, ppl put their towels on them and walk away for breakfast. Also the hotel rooms do not keep at the temperature you set them. Other than that we will definitely go back next year and highly recommend "

"The room wasn’t ready when we arrived after check-in time. No problem, things happen. The room felt pretty clean but missing towels so I was worried they rushed through cleaning. Electricity in our bathroom was not working. They fixed it, but a pretty big inconvenience when trying to get ready to leave. Lighting in the bathroom is terrible even after it got fixed. Phone did not work. The hot tub is on a beautiful rooftop. During our 3 day stay, it was overrun with unsupervised children the whole time. There are not enough elevators for the number of rooms in the hotel. "

"Absolutely perfect location. Beautiful very. Private area of beach. Just know lounge chairs cabanas are for rent only. And rent them early in day. "

"The young lady at the front desk for evening shift was very kind and helpful, the room is a little older style but it was great for me, the balcony was good able to listen to the live music from Shepards from my room. Also the private beach was nice along with being able to go over to Shepards and sit at the bar over there. The location was good walking distance to everything. I will definitely stay here again. Great place for the price!"

"HVAC unit was noisy. TV limited no local news or weather. Room service available only every 3rd day. "

"We let the staff at the front desk know that the water didn’t get hot in our shower. No one attempted to check it. They asked us if we had turned it the right direction. I asked if I turned it left she said yes I told them it just keeps spinning. They had nothing else to say for me. My daughter had requested an extra blanket was promised one and never received one and when we first got into the hotel room, it smelled like mildew. The only good thing about this experience was the view away from the hotel looking out was beautiful. However, the staff did not seem to care and the place was ran down. I normally never leave a bad review, but this one definitely took the cake and especially them charging me almost $300 during spring break for that room that shouldn’t even even been 50 bucks"
