Very well maintained hotel with friendly staff who really care about the quality of their hotel. Our king suite with full kitchen felt like a roomy one-bedroom apartment. Breakfast buffet had many options, all served hot, and we were able to skip lunch many days due to being full from breakfast. Great location allowed us to walk to downtown and eat at local restaurants and it was a quick drive to Baycare ballpark, and local beach towns.

Stayed here for Phillies Spring training. Location is great. Easy to get to ballpark and easy to get to the beach. Hotel was in pretty good condition and staff were very friendly. Our room was adequate. The bed was comfortable and the AC was good. The bathroom could use updating and maintenance (our sink drained slowly and the shower was in need of refurbishing). I used the gym. It was small but adequate for my needs. We didn't use the pool. The complimentary breakfast was good.

The hotel is wonderful and very clean. We had an isolated incident where our room was not cleaned when it was scheduled to be cleaned. We contacted the front desk and since the cleaning staff had already left, we did not get the normal refresh. We received clean towels and the staff person took the garbage. It was disappointing but was addressed as best it could.

The room was really nice & convenient as well as the location. The only problem is that checkout is at 12 and house keeping came banging on our door at 7:30am, didn’t announce themselves and kept trying to open our door. This occurred 3 different times while we were still trying to sleep.

The service was incredible. All staff we encountered went out of their way to make us comfortable and provide excellent service, from the front desk, to cleaning staff, to kitchen attendants. The only negative was that perhaps due to the recent hurricane, the room was musty and we had to request a room change. When we brought it up, our concerns were addressed immediately, so five stars for service, but 3 stars for the building itself. Hopefully those issues can be addressed to make future stays for other patrons more comfortable.

Support staff was nice and breakfast was good. The room was an issue. The TV did not work, just a hit or miss of squiggly lines and the front desk did not have a solve. The mattress on the bed was so worn on one side that one of us slept in a hole and the other had to keep from rolling down into to the hole all night. Horrible smell of cooking food throughout the hallway and room. Finally, the water in the shower was very weak and would not fully shut off so it dripped all night.
