「Disappointing. Stayed there in the past and it was beautiful. This time our socks were black from the floor not being clean. My daughters bed had springs poking her in her back. Shower water pressure was awful. We had a pet traveling with us and they told us we would not have room service. However one day the maid just came in after quickly knocking and her actions could have allowed our pet to escape. The pool needs some shock ! Water was cloudy and it felt unsanitary. 「PLEASE READ. This hotel is very different, & you need to understand it. It is the second level of a large shops and restaurants plaza, on a busy street in a busy area. The front of your room looks like a "shop", whole front wall is a glass shop door, a window & a transom window. During the day you can see out the front of your room. There are no curtains to block the light or the view. Just a roll down shade for the window side of the glass front. There is the "one way" film on the glass, but it...

「So me and group of family member stay here once a year . This place is getting worst every year . The furniture is outdated and looks so dirty . The evevator is another story. Last year it didn't work at all so I had to walk up to the fif floor . This year I got stuck in the damn thing and the fire department had to come get me out . I will say that we will still be in Treasure Island but not at this hotel .」
