"I really enjoyed my stay at The Inn on Third! As a solo female traveler I felt perfectly safe, welcome, and taken care of. The owners and staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, the AC was great, and I loved how clean the shower was! I also loved having coffee and breakfast every morning. The location is fantastic, too. I really don’t have a bad thing to say, and I tend to be a critical person. You just can’t go wrong with this place, for the price and what you get, it’s simply the best. :)"

"What a wonderful place to stay at. Great location for everything you need to do in downtown St. Pete. The only thing that I didn't like was there was no parking for the hotel unless you Valet. Other than the parking everything was great. 9/10"

"Very outdated and nasty! I don't think I've ever been in such a ran down, disgusting type of place! I can't believe code enforcement hasn't come by yet! Stains over every wall, sheets and towels! Broken floors throughout! The End table, dresser, computer desk ect were all either broken, rotted, water damaged or all the above!"
