"From David, the general manager on down the line everything was above and beyond the normal for this type of motel. We have stayed here several times, and it is always the same, very good to excellent. Clean, helpful and comfortable. For the money, you can't do better. We know since we have stayed in several places paying as much as $450 a night to $40.00 for one night. The $40.00 for one night was several years ago. Regardless, we highly rate Sea Jay and their staff. We will be back."

"The room itself was wonderful and very comfortable. The shower would have been better if the main shower head wasn't leaking at the joint. A bit disturbed that the poor manager who checked me in was dead with the passing of her mother that day. The other people i the chain of command of this property are some heartless soulless individuals having her eork instead of stepping up. I'm retired from the military after 24 years. Death of immediate family gets people sent home fro..combat zones. Running a hotel should have been picked up by someone else"

"Enjoyed 2 days (weekdays, mid-Sept). Property, room, pool/hot tub, parking were clean and well maintained. Loved the view of the intercoastal water and the marine life. Appreciated the personable staff and great location. Thanks"

"Short walk to the beach; short walk to Publix; short drive to the Rays game. We were locked out when arriving, but the host responded to our phone call within five minutes. The property itself was what we needed - a quiet, comfortable place to sleep with easy access to areas we were interested in."
