"They need to let their customers also know- that their are comfortable lounge chairs and great beach umbrellas for rent on the beach1 so guests have options- if they do not want to carry their chairs on their own to the beach Otherwise the beach was great!! and a small pool but was heated, good location, in front of free trolley, everyone was courteous"

"Property was ok. Looked to be in middle of renovation, which is needed. Pictures of rooms and hotel itself were not as appeared on websites. Disappointing when we arrived. Lack of amenities, no chairs to sit on terrace that was an “upgrade” from the original room we purchased. No microwave in room. No bathrooms in lobby or next to pool for guests to use. Breakfast included is cereal and toast. Anything else is an upgrade to pay for. Only positive is right next to ocean for beautiful sunrise views. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at New Point Miami Beach. The location is perfect, and we especially loved the beautiful view of the canal from our place—it was a huge highlight. The valet parking is very convenient, but a quick tip for future guests: make sure to plan ahead and request your car early if you're leaving during rush hour, as it can get busy. The hotel features a large, clean, and heated pool right by the beach, which was fantastic. There is also a sauna available for an additional fee. We had some minor issues with the key cards, but the staff was helpful and resolved the problem quite quickly"
