Front desk staff very disinterested didn’t even speak as we came in , no welcoming hello. I left my AirPods behind , I could see them at the hotel on my tracker, hotel claimed not to have found them , they were there for 3 days before the battery ran out , I called on 3 occasions and was repeatedly told that they were not there.
