The pool area was very poor. One of the reasons I went to Florida was to be able to use the pool. The room was very clean but had some unique features, such as no telephone and no chair in which to sit if you wanted to watch tv. I was not able to get my tv to work and there were no instructions on how to use the 2 remotes.

Very clean and beautiful room. The pictures are a little misleading. The rooftop bar is not connected to the hotel and was permanently closed months ago. Also, it’s only valet parking. The street was metered. Overall, great location and room!

Lovely hotel, great option this was my 2nd time staying here. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because they don’t have house keeping during tour stay (you can ask for fresh towels), Otherwise very nice.

The pool area is smaller than shown on website. Broken lights with exposed glass (unsafe). Balcony was extremely small and unclean. Staff were not the nicest. Restaurant and gym were not open.

We came here because there was a restaurant and pool /pool bar. We did not find out until arrived that these were all closed. Really wanted to enjoy pool side service and in room dining.

No one was at the front desk for the first 30 minutes I was there upon arrival around 2pm. The facilities are not maintained and dirty. I prepaid for a 2 night stay but checked out after the first night because I was not comfortable at this hotel. They would not refund my unused 2nd night even though I left before check out time. They offered to move my room, but I was too uncomfortable to stay at that point. I could write a massive list, but a few of the biggest issues were: 1. No staff upon arrival. 2. My guestroom door lock wouldn’t lock in the evening. Huge problem. 3. The room had the dirtiest shower head I’ve ever seen. 4. The same trash (empty beer cans) were laying around the pool on my arrival and departure day. 5. Guestroom floors were sticky. 6. Bathroom body wash was empty. 7. Wifi was very slow. 8. Gym and restaurant were both closed for renovations. Etc….

First room has fruit flies all over so had to switch. Second room was not available the full 3 nights so had to switch rooms again the following day. The first night we were woken up at 4:30am by very loud banging on wall. Couldn’t fall back to sleep so ruined my day. Told the front desk but they didn’t make any offers to do anything. We tried to use the pool one day and there were people clearing on drugs so couldn’t stay. Asked to use the gym one morning and told it was under renovation. I think the hotel should have given us at least 1 night free as courtesy for our troubles. But they didn’t do anything. I would not stay here ever again.

Love love love our room nice spacious and modern style, rooftop view at night was beautiful nice view of the city, parking was valet only which was $30 a day which is not bad at all because pretty much every where you go you pay for parking. Only thing I didn’t like was the mini fridge that kept filling up with water and can’t really fit much stuff in it and the noise the air conditioning makes when on, staff was very helpful everyone was nice and respectful,other than that it’s a beautiful hotel will definitely recommend and will definitely come back again whenever I visit Florida.
