「First of all theirs no name outside this hole in the wall. Beware of anyone that takes your money 5 months in advance with a no cancelation policy it means it's a dump!! There was no office and located in the area. This place doesn't even qualify to be rated!! The pictures are very deceiving no where near the pictures straight not qualified to be apart of this platform! Who has a let down bed that comes from the ceiling over some children play furniture!!! 「Our original apartment ended up having a plumbing issue, so we were upgraded, free of charge, to a bigger one and it was perfect. Close to the riverwalk, las olas blvd, the beach, great restaurants and it’s located in a great little area that you can walk throughout the neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again in our next visit to Ft. Lauderdale. 」

「Check in disaster and consistent failure to meet standards. Arrived late and could not locate room. Numbering system had no logic and our room which resembled a store room from outside poorly lit (broken light) It took us 45 minutes to locate room. All this in a thunder storm. We were fearful we were stranded without a room at midnight. A "night worker" passing was able to use her experience of the area to kindly help.
