「We had really bad experience during last night.when we really exhausted after walk all day at the park and back to the room around 8:00 pm, we couldn't enter the room because the card doesn’t work, and we have to go downstairs with all my bag looking for help. Luckily I found a nice staff who found a specialist opened the door for us and tell me there’ll be someone send a new card to me. So we wait at room thought we will get the card a couple of minutes then we could go to the pool to get some...

「I wish communication would have been stronger for instance. We didn’t know how to work our TVs. We couldn’t figure out the cable versus streaming. We didn’t know where our towels were. We didn’t know more towels were coming because of the washing machine our fans didn’t mark and although they did send someone over quickly we never got a response from management about them not working the entire time. Our room was clean and neat and comfortable to stay in. I think that a good job was done there.」
