We recently stayed at this hotel and overall, it’s a nice family-friendly spot with good amenities. The lazy river is great, though the water is very cold, while the pool water is much warmer and more comfortable. One thing to note: the hot tubs tend to close often because they get dirty quickly, which was a bit disappointing.
The biggest downside for us was the sleeping accommodations. The main bed’s mattress was in pretty bad shape, and I ended up with back pain that required painkillers for all three nights of our stay. The pullout couch for the kids was extremely uncomfortable—despite other reviews saying otherwise. My son had to stack six pillows on top of it just to be able to sleep.
Overall, it’s a fun spot for families thanks to the amenities, but the sleeping arrangements really need improvement.
