"I liked that on the Hilton app you can choose what floor your room is on. When we arrived at 9:40 pm and went to shower there was black hairs all on the shower floor. We had to run water until we got all the unknown hairs out of the bathroom. It was too late to start to get a new room as our stay was short. The rooms are also not very insulated. We woke up a few times to random loud noises. It was convenient for our visit to Hershey but would probably try a new hotel when if we go back to the parks. Breakfast was okay. "
