Sedona Pines I can’t say enough about this great little place!! Our unit was very, very clean, well stocked and comfortable. We did not use any of the amenities such as the pool or hot tub, but everything on the property was well maintained and nearly perfect. The little one bedroom cabins are just the right size for a couple or small family. Don’t hesitate if you’re coming to this area, this place is awesome!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Nice quiet place. Starry skies. Lectures or concerts about 3-4 nights a week that are really good.Go to the flute concerts and the vortex tour —the latter by Starry Krystal includes history of Sedona, lots of info on best places to hike, and what vortex really is — not some mystical, esoteric place. Rooms were simple, clean, and property is walkable. One pool and three hot tub spas. Also free laundry for guests. Best part —- easy access to Cottonwood, Jerome, Sedona, and Red Rock state park plus nice sunrises.Helpful staff. Excellent place. One caveat: It is suggested to not agree to the Sapphire Resort presentation, even for the free or steeply discounted tour. It’s 3 wasted hours and a too-good-to-be-real sales pitch for a resort/travel membership. Research online before you go in.

We had a wonderful stay at Sedona Pines Resort and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The setting is absolutely beautiful, it feels peaceful and relaxing while still being close to everything Sedona has to offer. Our accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home away from home. The grounds are charming and quiet, perfect for morning walks or unwinding after a day of hiking and sightseeing. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, which really added to the overall experience. We especially appreciated the calm atmosphere and how easy it was to disconnect and truly relax. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend Sedona Pines Resort to anyone looking for a comfortable, serene, and memorable Sedona getaway. The only recommendation I would make is to change a Google Maps link on the confirmation email because it takes you 5 miles down the road and not to the exact resort location.

Worst Christmas ever!!! To summarize, during my stay: From the moment I arrived, my lodging experience was also plagued with maintenance issues. This resort is very old and run down. In the first unit I was assigned: Dec 21st to 24th • Light switches were not functioning properly • The blender did not work • The toilet clogged repeatedly during my three-night stay My son was forced to plunge the toilet himself, and maintenance had to be called multiple times. This was embarrassing and unacceptable, particularly for a resort stay. • I experienced repeated and significant unit maintenance failures • I was subjected to deceptive and high-pressure sales tactics • I was stranded in a remote location during a holiday due to a vehicle breakdown • I was denied accommodation despite verified availability which I later booked through Expedia • I was locked out of my unit • I observed conduct raising concerns about unequal and unfair treatment. Sapphire Pines Resorts are scammers. Be aware!!!
