「The 1 bedroom unit we were assigned had 16 rather steep stairs to climb (2nd floor). Staff helped us with our luggage, but after buying groceries we had to make several trips and it was difficult. My friend and I are 78 and 75 years old, so we requested a unit change to the first floor. On the 4th day (10 day stay) we were able to move to the first floor, however it was a "Handicap" unit and had an odd shower arrangement. We did appreciate not having to use 16 stairs to enter and exit our...

「The toilet in our room is almost not working, the shower head is leaking, and the soundproofing is very poor. We were also assigned a room next to the laundry room, and the noise from the machines made it impossible for my family to sleep after a full day of driving. 「Very friendly service. Will stay again next time. Like outdoor breakfast place.」

「Very nice amenities , spacious rooms located close to attractions but away from worst traffic areas. Very reasonable rates and welcoming hosts. Would be an easy decision to return to this property when in the area again!」

「Loved it here.」

「We absolutely loved everything about our stay at Outbound Sedona! From the moment we arrived, everything was amazing. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful. We had a small issue during our stay, and when we mentioned it to the front desk, they took care of it so quickly that by the time we walked back to our room, it was already resolved! We were genuinely impressed by how attentive and efficient they were. The pool, gym, and overall atmosphere were absolutely perfect. The...
