Watson Lake was one of the coolest desert lakes I've seen! It was surrounded by awesome rock formations that made for a fun hike with plenty of scrambling.

Quick Tip: Bring your climbing gear and rope up! There are quite a few bolted routes near the lake.

「We were so tired and road weary but once we checked in and were told about all the wonderful amenities we went to one of the two hot tubs and the heated pool. 「We parked in front of the hotel across the street which was perfect for us. Employees were informative and polite. The bed was very comfortable, and it was quiet.
