"The staff was super helpful all night. Our remote stopped working twice and the staff could not have been more helpful. they assisted us each time flawlessly and with speed. "

"You need a better parking system. We needed handicapped parking and there were 4 spots. You had 1 tied up with stuff so we could not park there."

"The mountain view was breathtaking especially sunsets and the moonlight. The room.was very clean, comfotable and quiet. Dinner at the Grey room was delicious, well priced and had large enough portions that we could share. The Bed was delightful, however, the pillows were a bit too small for the bed. It was super fun to have the casino a short distance away and we even walked away with a little bit of extra cash. Great stay and will definitely visit again!"

"Older but sooooo convenient arriving on a late night flight at PRC. I personally prefer these older places and will trade modern/new for charm and character. Room was very large. No brkfast but the Circle K next door has plenty of good hot brkfast options. Very convenient to ERAU for Eagle parents."
