"he price displayed on Expedia was not the final total. When I arrived for check-in, I discovered there was an unexpected additional fee of 23.71 and a parking fee of 19.95. Expedia did not mention these charges, which came as quite a surprise. The staff didn't inform us that the coffee in the lobby was complimentary; I discovered that on my own. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable, complete with a microwave and a refrigerator. Food options around the area are very expensive, so I recommend bringing some frozen or refrigerated foods of your own."

"The night desk guy was so kind. We had gotten lost locating the hotel and called for directions. He calmed us and even upgraded our rooms. He was just really great!!"

"The room was very clean when we arrived. The bed linens, bathroom, toilet, and towels were all very clean, and the towels were bright white. However, there was no daily housekeeping, and our room was not cleaned during our stay. We also did not receive enough fresh towels for each day. The breakfast was very basic and not very tasty. There were no fresh vegetables, and the overall selection was limited. Overall, the room was clean and comfortable, but the lack of housekeeping and the basic breakfast could be improved"
