Room was very clean and nice but no coffee maker. My issue was they had no one to check you in and answer questions. It was completely self check in, including programming your own room key. And it wasn’t very quick as the line was at least 15 people deep waiting on kiosks to do this. I will probably stay somewhere that has an actual person to answer my questions next time. Hotel was nice and amenities were nice but I want to speak with a person when I check in like the Orleans hotel had.

The staff was very courteous, aside from the solicitors but that is everywhere in Vegas. The room was decent - not the cleanest, but the sheets were clean and the bed was comfortable. The location was great as far as my purpose for being there. Transportation is easily accessible from Excalibur to any other place on the strip. The front desk was very responsive to requests for maintenance (toilet wouldn't flush because chain broke off, twice) and when sending up a magazine I requested that was supposed to be in the room but wasn't. It was acceptable for me since I was more interested in what I was doing outside of the room, but someone who spends more time in the room and/or is more concerned about deep cleaning may not enjoy their stay as much.

Room condition, comfort, and peace, and housekeeping services were all excellent. Disappointing selection of restaurants and food vendors in hotel, with very limited hours of service, mostly 8:00am to 2:00pm. Very difficult to find transportable food and beverage to take away on an excursion. Very difficult to get information about the hotel and food services; directions; local transportation; entertainment/shows; and excursions without downloading an app and/or searching the internet. NO concierge services available other than online “concierge” page on Excalibur app - full of incorrect and outdated information. Would NOT stay at this hotel again, for this reason.

The only good thing is that the housekeeping staff keep the place clean, no matter how late it gets. Everything else is a downside. I knew the room would be old, but it was far more worn out than expected — the shower sputtered water as if it were coughing. What bothered me most was the staff at check-in. They were chatting among themselves and seemed annoyed whenever I asked a question, as if they were waiting for me to make a mistake. On top of that, when I kept my luggage, they very openly asked for a tip and soecifically asked amount more than xx, which was an unpleasant experience I’ve never had anywhere else in Las Vegas. I have no plans to visit again.

Hotel was renovated since I was last here in June of 2025. Stayed at the resort tower and was happy woth the room and the hotel. Walking distance to many shops and connected bia tram to other casinos. I always have a great experience each time I come and stay.

Rooms are clean, mostly electronic check-in, there is employees helping which is great , transaction was easy and smooth, floor staff helped me get a player's club card reprinted in about 5 seconds, tons of eating amenities, kid friendly in most areas
