Staying in the Penthouse was an experience in itself. Breathtaking views, stunning design, and the perfect mix of modern glamour and comfort. Waking up to the Miami skyline and water views felt unreal. The atmosphere throughout the hotel is unmatched. The pool scene was beautiful, the ambiance was upscale without feeling pretentious, and every detail gave luxury. The Penthouse was spacious, immaculate, and truly made our Miami trip unforgettable. It felt private, exclusive, and worth every moment. What really stood out was the hospitality. The staff was attentive, welcoming, and made sure every part of our stay felt special. As an international travel group coordinating logistics for 11 guests, we truly appreciated how welcoming, responsive, and accommodating the team was throughout our stay. A special thank you to Lucy Krasteva for her outstanding assistance coordinating our airport transportation. The communication was quick, professional, and incredibly helpful, and everything was organized smoothly for our group arrival in Miami. One thing that especially stood out during our stay was the hospitality shown by the hotel’s restaurant team. Our group of 11 decided to have dinner at the hotel somewhat spontaneously, and the staff graciously accommodated our large group with kindness and professionalism. Despite the size of our party, they made the experience feel seamless and welcoming, which we truly appreciated after extensive international travel. The hotel itself is beautiful, lively, and perfectly located right on Miami Beach. The atmosphere, service, and overall hospitality made it a fantastic final stop for our travelers.
