「Good stop during our road trip to San Francisco from LA. Love their marshmallows roasting experience. The only thing is they put us into rooms in separate blocks which was inconvenient. Make sure you remark nearby rooms if you are traveling as a family. 」

「There was no room service while I was there. The clerk in the inverness pro shop was quite pleasant and professional. The dinner and service at Packard's Steakhouse were superb. 」

「Everything was fabulous like always! Alana by the pools is probably the hardest working person they have on staff. She is constantly moving chairs and wiping down tables, going from pool to pool. She is super friendly and always goes above and beyond to make sure everyone is comfortable. Always with a smile!!」

「We check-in at late night, there’s only one security guard seat on a chair and no one work on the front desk. The security guard had to wake up the receptionist. He was not welcome at all and carry a bad mood while he was helping us to check-in. We booked a king size bedroom online but the receptionist gave us a room with 2queens size bed without telling us the king size bedroom were full. When I call the front desk to switch the room, it was the security guard informed us this bad news without...
