「Overall the resort and amenities are top notch. My 3 rating is due to the lack of housekeeping services. We stayed for 5 nights and never had any housekeeping. I learned you you need request services, which I did on our 3rd day. When we returned to the room later that day we found a complete set of towels on the counter, but garbage wasn't taken, the bed wasn't made, the coffee bar wasn't refreshed, the dirty towels weren't taken, and the lock was flipped to keep our door open. 「Friendly staff!!! Hotel accommodate local routes. Only thing I would change is providing microwave in rooms to reheat outside food!! Highly recommen this will be my stay for every trip.」

「Everything was great except the pool and hot tub. They let us use the next door one but it wasn't great either. Hyatts pool was freezing and the hot tub was just as cold. The pool next door was warm pool water and colder hott tub. If they got that under control it would have been a perfect stay. Food is good. Its alot to choose from and they do change it up. And yes breakfast & parking is included so that was a plus too. I'd definitely stay here again. Room was very spacious and clean.」
