「Really unique stay in a motel converted from an old high school. The room was clean, comfortable, and had some of the character of an old school room. Definitely a nice change from the usual hotel experience.」

「Few things did not want to work, quite of few light bulbs in the room were burnt out, door key cards would not work (4) to be exact and had the desk re-issue me new ones every time, loud freaking music and stomping through out the night…. The list Can go on but I’ll leave it at that. On a positive note, the staff was great, really cool and nice people for sure… 💯 」

「This property was very clean and nice the environment is calm and relaxing, The only problem I had was with the remote I couldn’t watch Netflix because the remote didn’t work properly I told the guy at the front desk he stated that they will get it fixed other than that I rated the stay a 9/10」

「The location with Central… But… The elevator stopped working with me in it for a few minutes… And the television didn’t have any instructions on how to use the controller… I couldn’t get it to work. I asked the desk to send someone up… And after five minutes, he said oh you only get the upper channels. I think that was somewhere between 10 and 15 channels no possibility of Netflix or any movie channel… Or streaming… Oh well.」

Years and years of loving curation provide pure eye candy for visitors while lending a true element of grandmacore nostalgia, exhibiting decades of a life well lived in every available space!! The host, Burnette, is a lovely lady and greets you with the warmth of a grandmother, happy to welcome you in with a cup of hot tea! Breakfast was a scrumptious homemade quiche and cherries jubilee! We look forward to returning!! 」

「Great place to stay and great value in Starkville. The only negative is that when I was there it seemed to attract a lot of smokers, so couldn’t enjoy the outside space without having it stunk up with cigarette smoke. Make it a non smoking property!」
