「Room was super outdated and old! Room had an old, musky, stale smell. There was dust on the room phone and chargers. Bathroom was small and sink was stopped up. Water pressure is low. Requested extra towels from guest services and never received them!! Tv also stopped working. Room not worth the money or deposit! Only stayed for one night!」

「Outdated, rooms very poor, night shift helpful, day shift staff was not the best. Issues with dogs with guest not being able to get rest the whole stay very disappointed. Casino part was spacious and clean.」

「20.years over due for a remodel, staff was unfriendly.」

「It was the typical older smoke filled casino. Didn’t utilize any services or amenities but the facility and room had a strong smoke smell and the room had a mixture of weed smell mixed in. One night- we were one and done. Was hoping to stay awhile as my husband is in the area for work but it wasn’t worth it with the smell. Also, thin walls. Heard a guest urinating alone with the dribble at the end.」

「The reception Staff were lovely. The hotel itself needed some attention. The smoke alarm was missing in our room. One chair was wobbly. One out of 4 nights, our room did not get cleaned. Area, very quiet and safe.」

「Room was clean. Nice quiet stay while passing through」

「quiet neighbor. nice staff.」

「The place was in a terrible part of the neighborhood People beating on the door while other vehicles parked sideways in front of my room number Had to use the night window to check in the middle of the day Not a safe place to spend the night Had a ice chest in the back of my truck and had it chained up and heard the chain rattle Jump up and seen a white nissan car drive off」
