The room was nice. Clean, spacious, &comfortable bed. We enjoyed the casino.. some super nice/friendly staff, some not so pleasant. Did not really enjoy the buffet for supper… food definitely not up to par with the price! Advertised on website morning breakfast buffet, only to get downstairs & buffet closed. Had to go to a different casino to have breakfast. We then went back to our room around 10:30am to get our things to checkout. That’s when the nightmare begins.. going up to our room there was only 1 of 4 elevators working so it took us a minute to be able to get up to the room. We get to our room, passing some other guest in the hallway which were locked out of their room as a result of their keys no longer working. We then encountered the same thing. I go & use the phone by the elevator to contact the front desk… after the lady telling me I needed to speak up because she couldn’t understand a word I was saying on their telephone, she finally understood me with the only offer to help was ME coming down to the front desk and get another key card. No attempts by their staff to accommodate the problem.. well after a long weight along with other guest trying to leave the floor ( actually multiple guest on all 15 floors trying to use the 1 functioning elevator), I got down to get my new keys. Then go back for another long wait to go back up to the room. Keys worked, gathered out belongings & back to the elevator & WAIT! It took us over 1 hour to depart. Staffs response- sorry
