fair experience. grounds very clean. reserved a king bed with river view for my 40th wedding anniversary. they claim their was no room available so they put me in a double bed looking towards the woods. beds are not very big. not very impressive. i was checking in at 5 pm so it was not early and i booked the room 6 weeks ago.

Room had 1 small chair and 1 table..definitely not designed for guest comfort. Almost appeared to be specifically designed to not be comfortable for guests and to purposely direct the guest to move to the attached casino as quickly and as often as possible. We were also told that room cleenup would not be available during our stay. The room was 144.00 per night make your own judgement.

Staff were friendly. Day 1 of WSOP so the casino floor was cleaner than normal. The room itself was in pretty bad shape. Visible water damage on the walls. Tv didn’t work. The place hadn’t been dusted in a long time. Dust on water bottles etc. Just run down. Especially for the price. I rate it poor and advise others to stop accepting flaws that can be changed. Whether it’s understaffed or just poor execution, who knows.

At time of check in my husband & I had to wait at least 10 minutes for the staff to ‘make sure our room was ready’. Staff said we booked a king, non smoking & they only had 2 queen, smoking available, so we would have to wait.. Room cleanliness and upkeep is 0/5. Will attach pictures for proof if needed. Wall paper was peeling off the walls, trash can falling apart in bathrooms as well as mold on the door ways and walls, walls are paper thin a you can hear every rooms conversation in nearby rooms. AC unit in room did not work and when asked if the hotel had a box fan they said they could not provide us with one.

This was the most dissappinting stop on our road trip. First the room was really far from the elevator and none of the staircases were useable . There was only one lamp in the room.There was one light in the bathroom.There was no soap to wash your hands. There was no washcloth or hand towels. The curtain didn't cover the window ( was it missing?) The casino did not have coffee or soda.The TV did not work. It was fairly clean , but the room was so dark it could have been filthy. There was someone else hair on the sheets

There was one person in front of me and I was carrying luggage and wearing a portable oxygen concentrator. I am not sure if the gentleman in front of me required extra assistance that delayed his check-in, but I did notice there was a lot of conversation going on with the desk clerk. I hate to ever bring this up, and I don’t even use a disabled parking spot 95% of the time because many people are far worse off than I. But I was not feeling so hot and I do believe the check-in process for the gentlemen in front of me could’ve been handled more expeditiously. Or as a last resort, perhaps I could have been asked to go first if there was a problem with the first fellow's reservation, or if they intended to have a nice chitchat. While I'm whining, my room was a good 10 minute walk from the elevator (although the clerk warned me it was not close). Finally, be advised there is no valet parking, so be prepared for a hike in from the garage as well.
