「This was one of the best hotel experiences I have had. From the very beginning the staff was very accommodating. Each and everyone one from housekeeping to management was phenomenal. The housekeeper with all the teddy bears on her cart was so bomb, she had great customer service and hospitality. She stopped what she was doing to get us towels. Always asking in passing if we needed anything. Management allowed us to check in early. Front desk staff were so friendly and helpful no matter what time...

「Very happy with our stay. Friendly staff and the breakfast crew were awesome. We stayed one night. Located right across from Broadway on the Beach, it was easy to drive over and park next to The Ripley’s Aquarium. We went to the Paula Dean Restaurant that we do not recommend-mediocre food that was not worth the price. Good accommodations and reasonable price, definitely recommend the hotel.」

「The location is excellent and the room was very clean and spacious. TV didn’t work upon check in but the staff was helpful. The breakfast was ok, we were not early birds and food that was left was not that appealing. I would definitely stay again, parking was plentiful and I felt very safe.」
