"$50 fee for early check in is ridiculous, rooms was dirty and buggy , couldn’t use the balcony bugs/flies all over the floor (they somehow made their way into the room and were all over the bed ) Staff is super friendly tho"

"We chose this location due to its short walk to bayside and as a pre cruise stop. It was a perfect location. The room was fairly small but immaculate. The bed was electric and we would live one at home as it bc was great for sitting up. The shower was powerful and immaculate. I was a little worried from the pictures that the toilet would not be private but it was fine. The whole room worked really well. The breakfast was outstanding with plenty of choice. The lifts were fast and the rooftop pool great. There was a bar by the pool serving food and signs were around showing happy hour specials. If we are able to return to Miami this will be our chosen hotel. We have previously stayed at the intercontinental which only scored more for the breathtaking views and was double the price."
