「I stayed there for 3 days and 2 nights and only had one wash cloth. We had to use hand towels to wash. I asked the maid if we can have more wash cloths and I wasn't given but 1 to replace the one that was used. When we arrived the tub was filthy! We has to use clorox wipes to wipe out he tub so my cousin with stage 4 cancer could take a sit down bath. There were cigarette butts on the balcony and someone's press on nails. 「Great two restaurants barefoot and Tidal , if you do not have kids be aware, this is a very kid friendly environment, tons of kids playing around so the restaurants can be abit loud .」

Difficult to reach anyone at reception (multiple phone calls unanswered, email not answered, and often nobody at the desk - only to have the “Chief Engineer” show up on two different occasions and be rude). When I did finally meet the front desk, she was lovely and helpful.」
