「We arrived late but check in staff were there to help and we were able to get to our room straight away, they were very helpful. All very clean, spacious and well maintained, the parking would have been a great option for us but we didn’t drive there. Great location right near the beach. 」

They gave me a handicap room when I showered all the water went out, but they fix it for me and they give me different room immediately but I wasn’t happy because I didn’t tell me it’s a handicap room they’re supposed to let me know it’s a handicap and I will confirm I could have it or not.」

「Regret for joining the shuttle to sawgrass outlet. The shuttle service was highly recommended by the hotel staff (I don’t know if they have any relation!) It took me so much extra time to travel (as the bus had many pickups). Room is spacious and comfortable. But had a very strange odour. 」
