"We had a great stay at the Embassy Suite Hotel. It was a beautiful hotel with great, big rooms, a happy hour with snacks and free drinks and a great free breakfast. I would definitely stay there again and recommend to my friends."

"Positives: Check in was easy, I was impressed by the size of the living area in the one bedroom suite. We slept well because the bed was super comfortable. The place was extremely clean. I spent the whole time in the room working. It was very convenient to have a kitchen in our suite since I wanted to cook meals rather than spend a lot eating out. However.... The negatives: There were no baking dishes to use so I had to fry things on top the stove. There were not enough utensils. The bed took up most of the space in the bedroom. The outlet in the kitchen stopped working on the last night of our stay, so we were without the use of the microwave. Maintenance came at an inconvenient time (while we were taking showers and packing up to leave). Check out was also a hassle by the front desk person. Our stay ended leaving a negative impression. I felt like I was being treated like a criminal when I told her I had already paid for my 3 nights but it didn't show up in her computer. She was very unfriendly. I had to show her on my phone where I had been charged on my credit card for the room and also a $200 pet fee for bringing my cat. This was the most I have ever paid to bring a pet. These things are why my review is only 3 stars."

"The airport shuttle was available as described on a sign at the front desk. All of the staff were very personable and professional. The rooms were clean as I expected. Some reviewers mentioned a smell. I experienced nothing of the sort. You can't blame a hotel for rare occurrences beyond their control. I have no complaints about the air conditioning. The breakfast was good. I actually had nothing to complain about! Would recommend to anyone looking for a hotel that is close to the hotel and reasonable priced."
