"As as I was laying in bed I saw a rat run across the floor I was terrified disgusting I called the the front desk and nobody answers so I had to sleep terrified it was going to be a rat running on my bed or something also the roomknos are full of mold it ruined a lot of my medicine I had two B12 tablets on the desk when I got up in the morning when I finally woke up and I finally fell asleep worrying about that rat they had swelled up cuz there's so much moisture in that room and the head lady that runs the desk she is not a nice lady at all I was sitting there and I could hear her talking about her employees how bad they are how bad they work and she doesn't even look you in the eye when she talks to you and they won't give me my money back is a very unpleasant stay at all but I couldn't get up in the middle of the night and go find somewhere so I had to suffer with worrying about a rat running around the the room"

"Clean room Staff was helpful Need convenience store near by. Breakfast was good, but you have to pay for it."

"The room is spacious and tidy with good bathroom plumbing. Breakfast is available; however, it was a bit salty... guessing the sodium preservative; however, there are other options available. The patio area with pool off the lagoon is so relaxing a great place to end the day. Finally, the staff is exceptional, cordial and very professional. Thank you all for great service!!"
