"I love the shuttle van drivers but they need a new shuttle. The seats are dirty, worn, falling apart. Please fix that was my only complaint. The people are so friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The staff kept it clean and made our cruise trip easy with their fast checking out and in process. I will be back. "
"Disaponted on parking and the pool was closed permanently my daughters didn't like that at all also some of the cleaning staff smoking while cleaning rooms and the exterior of buildings could use a refreshing coat of paint "
"Very upbeat & welcoming atmosphere from the moment you pull up. Everything feels spacious, maybe not elevator but lol. Room felt huge! Bathroom was clean & big as well. I enjoyed this stay for sure. Played pool as late as I wanted & knew I wasn't disturbing others. Sat out back by the pool at night & felt safe. Nice selection of snacks in lobby. Staff was always helpful & friendly. Thanx aloft"

"Everything was good. There is a $18 per day fee for self parking and $20 for valet. I would have given all 5 stars but there was no microwave in the room. After calling downstairs for one we were told someone would bring one. After an hour wait no one came. We were told we could go downstairs and warm up the food if we were in a rush after calling back. Overall, I would stay again. "
"The service, the staff in general, all of them treated us excellent. We felt like home far of home. This year we came with our Down Syndrome Son for the Doral Fashion Week, next year we will come for vacation. "
"Our flight was cancelled and after a very frustrating airport experience we were treated to outstanding customer service by the shuttle driver and the staff at check in.
This hotel does not have a restaurant and the shuttle driver took us to a wonderful nearby restaurant and even offered to pick us up after dinner.
Our bed was small and the room was dated, but the care and service we received from the staff was world class!
Thank you very much for taking such good care of weary travelers.
