Holiday Inn Miami - International Airport by IHG

8/10 Good
"My family and I was there for 3 days. We used the laundry, the the dryer wasn't working. Roger at front desk went out of his way to get our laundry dry in the main laundry, that was nice of him"

Park Central South Beach

Park Central South Beach

10/10 Excellent
"The experience was great. We came for a girls trip. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond. We didn't realize all the amenities included (bikes, beach chairs, continental breakfast for the entire stay, sunscreen & aloe and water 24/7). The bathrooms were a bit smaller than expected but other than that the stay was perfect. My favorite thing was the rooftop pool with the transparent bottom. We watched the sunrise from there and it was beautiful. Their dinner and performancs were a night touch. Locations central and the beach is right school the street."

InterContinental Miami by IHG

10/10 Excellent
"We didn't have breakfast there but really enjoyed the beautiful room and incredible view of the bay and cruise ship port. The staff were professional, friendly, and helpful. The location was outstanding for our needs. We were able to walk around and find the good places to eat, shop and explore. Family friendly hotel. We felt quite at home. A fine staff and wonderful accommodations in a great location. That checks all my main boxes. We will make this our waypoint again."

Pullman Miami Airport

Pullman Miami Airport

8/10 Good
"We unexpectedly returned to Pullman after our flight home was canceled on August 10. We chose to come back because our original August 7–10 stay had been pleasant, and overall the hotel and staff were again very nice. Our biggest issue was housekeeping. When my boyfriend asked about having the room cleaned, he was told rooms were only cleaned every three days. This was extremely uncomfortable, especially after our trip had unexpectedly been extended because of a canceled flight. If daily housekeeping is not provided, that should be clearly explained to guests at check-in along with how to request service. We otherwise enjoyed the property and appreciated the helpful staff, but the housekeeping situation significantly affected our second experience."
