"Before i even checked in someone had stolen a ladies bag from the lobby. Check in was very rude. My daughter was sitting in our assigned room and some random guy came in because his card still worked for MY assigned room. Never seen security at all the 2 nights I stayed. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL"

"The elevator was broken while we were there. We were also on the 4th floor with 2 young children. The pool was closed. There is no buffet breakfast. Just a basic continental breakfast you find everywhere. Which wasnt a bad thing other than they are not open until 7 a.m. on the weekends and we had to fly out that morning. The staff was friendly. It appaers as if they are trying to update and fix the motel. For $280 a not not worth it."

"I was greeted with such kindness from everyone at the Biscayne hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. I had everything I needed. There were good places for coffee and food nearby and it was a convenient location for the airport and the cruise terminal. "

"The location is close to the airport and business-friendly (quiet and clean). The lunch and dinner options may need to be revised and better stocking of items; consider a happy hour by the pool or lobby. The computer at the business station needs to be checks, maybe add new ones. Also the hotel should look at an airport shuttle again. Maybe even partner with the hotel next door that has vehicles but rebrand if they need to share the cost, so it can be a generic brand going to both hotels. "
