「Great spot, great location, really enjoyed the property」

「We had a great stay at The Pearl and would definitely stay here again. The location was probably our favorite part — we could walk to the beach, boardwalk, restaurants, and shops without having to drive everywhere. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of room for the two of us. We really liked having a separate bedroom and a full kitchen instead of just a typical hotel room. The AC worked great too, which definitely matters in South Florida. It was a nice place to come back to...

「This was my second stay at the Shell Motel, which tells you I had a positive experience the first time. I was recognized upon arrival and both Guy & Pierre are always so friendly and want to make sure I had everything I need. They offer suggestions as to local resources (e.g., groceries, restaurants, where to park, etc). The pool was amazing and housekeeping somehow knew not to disturb me early in the day and then showed up in the afternoon with fresh towels. I’ve grown attached to this little...

「Clean and comfortable with kitchen, dining and living area. Beautiful and quiet area of Hollywood beach. Older resort but in good condition. Enjoyed our stay.」

「11/10」

「My ac was hottttttt! My lights in my unit was very dim! The light on the bathroom mirror didn’t work so I was unable to do my makeup Once again the room was HOT」

「Awesome location to the beach, bars, restaurants, and of course, the boardwalk. We loved the beautiful rooftop pool area. The staff everywhere were extremely helpful and communicative. Any questions we had were answered almost immediately through messaging. Very clean with comfortable beds. Had all the amenities we needed for a long weekend stay. If you're planning a visit to the Hollywood Beach area, we would highly recommend it.」

「This property is not a hotel, no lobby area. You have to walk up several stairs to get to your room location. You have to pay $25 dollars to park your car PER DAY. The room (208) I stayed in was outdated and directly above a bar. The music from the bar was very loud and annoying. The owner of this property must have written several hundred false review to have a rating of 3.9 stars. Shame on them. Don't waist your money people.」

「Bad smell in the room.」

「Friendly staff」
