We had a fantastic stay at Costa Hollywood Beach Resort. The location is perfect—just steps from the boardwalk and beach, with restaurants and shops all around. The room was spotless, quiet, and very comfortable. Parking was easy, and the building felt safe and modern. Staff was friendly and helpful throughout. Would definitely come back again!

Property and room itself was as advertised. Property was clean at all times . The area around the property didn’t make me feel comfortable walking to and from the beach/boardwalk alone . A lot of unhoused people hanging around. Also being required to pay a “resort fee” and additional a forced valet fee as they have “no” parking . As someone having a resort fee to stay as a property I’m already paying to stay at I should also be able to park my car on site without extra fees . For a week in resort fees and valet I paid over $500 plus and cash tips to the valet attendants . There was no way to call ahead for your valet you had to walk down and stand out in the heat waiting your turn to get your car .

They didnt have a bell hop unless you vallet i guess. We had to navigate around the hotel parkinglot in the heat in and out of the buildning and down this crazy hallway because elevators were closed. The room was good and the staff was good. They could use a belhop amd the could uses working elevatorz

Mediocre hotel but very close to Hollywood Beach. Hollywood Beach itself just ok. Lots of seaweed when we were there Jul 20-22. I had an upsetting issue while there that I was hoping to speak to a manager about but no one bothered to get back to me. Disappointed.

I spent a total of two weeks at this facility this year. A week in April and a week in July. The firt week was better than the 2nd. The first week we were upgraded to a sweat with washer and dryer and the staff was very friendly. I booked a sweet the 2nd week so i could enjoy the luxury of a washer and dryer in the room. When we arived, the washer was broken. When i called the front desk the said they do not advertise a washer and dryer, so I eas left without a washer. The water pressure is dismal and it's very hard to get the sand from the beach out of your hair. It's a long process and agivating. The utility elevator was down, so many time we were waiting on staff to move there cleaning carts from one floor to the next. This placebis like all the phone companies now days ( no loyalty points). Would have kept coming back but decided after this last visit, its time to move on. A ONE AND DONE PLACE.

Nice place, but not really on the beach - with beach/ocean views blocked by other buildings. Yes, a very short walk, but not beachfront. The Broadwalk was cool, but if it were busy season, it likely would have been way overcrowded. Sadly, the sargassum in the water and on the beach is likely to keep us away from the area. There is so much, I'm not sure how the local services would be able to manage it...

Beautiful resort! Rooms are spacious, clean and modern. The only complaint in 211 was the bathroom plumbing. The shower was almost inoperable, toilet slow to flush, and sink would clog. We did not get room service as well, but could easily get towels and trash bags. The staff were friendly. The pool was beautiful and lots of seating areas! The restaurant was a little pricey, but pretty consistent with the other local joints. The quick walk to the beach and local eateries was perfect!

I booked/paid for a king with patio water view. What I received was a room in deplorable condition. “S-605” Bathroom sink was stopped up. Shower wasn’t cleaned. Trash on the balcony. The condition of the room should have been OFF LINE. Curtains was filthy. Sofa/bed was propped up. Not level. I reported it, moved to another room “ N405”Which was nice. However patio view was towards another building. No water in sight. Totally disappointed. My birthday weekend & traveled from out State. 2 staff members I encountered was super professional & nice “ Antonio & Joel”

When we got to the property the power was off. The front desk person did not have a way to check me in and did not know how to fix the issue. Unfortunately, no management person was available. I waited 1 hour for a solution. Very poor emergency planning. I do not recommend this hotel for visiting Hollywood Beach.

This is a fabulous hotel and will be staying here again! Steps to the beach and boardwalk. Lots of dining options. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming. Irina at the front desk was absolutely amazing. Happy Hour at the rooftop bar was great and food was good!! The cleaning staff are constantly cleaning …and you can tell by the cleanliness of the entire hotel. This hotel is a must stay in FLL.

I’ve stayed here for the 2nd year in a row , hotel staff is nice , valet were amazing . All in all great place to stay , rooms are big and nice
