The property is a collection of older small hotels and duplexes. The unit was clean and convenient to the beach. Bed was comfortable but the A/C was a noisy wall unit with only one setting. There was a remote with different settings but it made no difference. The settings on the unit itself would not change no matter what setting you selected. I could have requested maintenance as they had already been out to fix a faulty light switch but went to the beautiful beach instead. There were very few outlets and old, slightly damaged lamps. The WiFi was limited due to a recent surge from a lightening strike that was being repaired. Water pressure in the shower was weak and the shower head should be replaced. The small saltwater pool is small and situated right by A1A though fencing and foliage provided shade and privacy. Tenant parking is an additional daily charge. I chose to stay there as I am familiar with the area and the beach. I appreciate “old Florida” and that is what I got! Convenient walking distance to the beach and restaurants. I would stay there again but would be more selective about which units were available.

I stayed on property 7/18-7/21/2025. Pros: clean, safe and great front desk staff. Cons: no phones in room to call front desk, if you are in unit 96 of the building, you get the loud noise from the hotel across the street generator, no full lenth mirror in the room, no towels for the beach, they were being washed at 11 am and would take an hour and a half to be ready and I WOKE UP ON THE LAST DAY TO HUGE ROACHES ALL OVER THE ROOM! They were every where!

Blatant false information on Expedia. Property is NOT on the beach. If “boutique” means OLD then the description is correct, otherwise, this was just an old property that had a fresh coat of paint put on it!

I would have gave five stars, room was spacious and clean, but had an issue with the tub draining and the room could’ve used some curtains in addition to blinds to block out the bright light that kept the room lit up during the night. Would stay again.

The place was great good location right by the ocean. Only thing I would say is the walls need to be better soundproof we stayed on a lower level and we heard every footsteps above us. That was the only downfall but everything else was great.

Was expecting more for the price. The best part of this property was the location. Steps away from the beach. However, I was suprised they use a physical key to access your room. Who’s to say someone didn’t make a copy of your room key? Huge security issue. The rooms are a little outdated. Bed is obviously old. Room is clean. Front staff was okay. A little bit of rude and a little bit of nice.

Loved the apartment style and minutes walk to the beach! If you have kids there’s a little park right there on the beach just around the block. Housekeeping is thorough, front desk is professional, & deposit is sent back to card quickly.
