「The location and grounds itself were 10/10. Compared to the other hotels around, the pool and bar area were in my opinion, superior to the others in the area. The staff were all extremely polite and gave great recommendations for food and activities. I’ll be staying here again. 」

「Overall great experience for my first time in Miami. Staff were attentive, kind, and helpful.the hotel is just in desperate need of updates which has already started. Lots of construction both at this hotel and the whole entire area. I think maybe by next year the hotel will be better. Pros: 2 beach chairs per room. Text message system instead of having to use room phone Right on the beach Running/biking path between beach and hotel 2 pools (1 under construction sadly) Decent food nearby...

「I visited once two years ago and felt that I could choose this place again this time. But this experience was really bad! The white towels have turned yellow, the bathroom has been dripping, the refrigerator has not been cleaned, and there are other traces on the bed! All in all, very bad, will not come again!」
