Do not stay here!!!! I got stuck in a Miami for a few nights so a local friend of mine suggested this place. Before I could get out the car there was a s worker trying to sell herself to a bare footman in front. Checked in and they had a lot of rules for a s hotel. The room looked liked your typical motel. Old, outdated and questionable cleanliness. Later I noticed there was a green mark on the bed. Ew! There's no full size bath towels in the bathroom. I went by the pool to have a cocktail with my friend and someone called the front desk to report me. Meanwhile there's was a sunburnt elderly man without his shirt on drinking beers and smoking cigarettes. When I checked out I was told I'd have to walk to another location to get my deposit back since they didn't have cash. Idk why my money wasn't in the sealed envelope from the day before. Oh and it's cash only deposits. While waiting for my uber I overheard an argument between the front desk clerk and a couple. Apparently she called them broke after they refused to pay $11 dollars for an extra 15 minutes after staying there a week. Also this location is clearly in the hood but the family dollar across the street was convenient. That was the only positive thing about this place. Only stay here if you have no choice, selling cat or are a hillbilly. ! It's sad with a renovation, and new staff this could be a decent affordable alternative for those on a budget. I took my ass to the Marriott after. You get what you pay for!

Honestly this is a budget hotel but it is very clean, the pool was well kept, and the property is inviting woth Florida ambience. For the price, ot exceeded expectations.

They transformed small motel space into a cute little stay place with all properties, pool. It is definitely not a luxury place but brought my childhood days from the tropical country. Area looked safe, there are good stores for grocery, restaurants in walkable distance. I stayed solo and I loved it. Nostalgic!

Clean room. Not much space for luggage. Wall outlets are hidden behind large furniture (bed, wardrobe, refrigerator) and difficult to access. No outlet in the bathroom. Nice lady at check in. Along a busy road - noisy. Seemed like a safe area. I would stay again.

First we got there 2 hours before check in. There was no lobby to wait or restroom to use. It was a run down hotel that looked like a pay by the hour hotel. The girl at the window was very rude and not helpful. We didn't stay. We made reservations at Holiday Inn in Miami.

Remote control tv did not work. Bathroom sink was flooded. I called front desk, answering machine only. I paid greater than the usual amount, $45.00 a day. I paid $85.00 a day. The premise is dirty and there is no housekeeping. I bagged the room trash, the garbage is picked up in front of the room door. I left early 10:00am, some males came to the door to talk to me & look at the room, they escorted me out. Green Seas motel is usually okay. Men said the room #4 was the only available room. I was not reimbursed for any inconveniences.
