「Great staff and attention」

「Very conveniently located」

「Overpriced for a room that very outdated!! Needs a refresh on the rooms badly and get rid of those old metal rusty tubs!!」

「Room was super clean」

「When we arrived, they put us in a room that was dirty - bed was unmade with a rag sitting on the bed. We immediately went back to the front desk and told them about the problem and they struggled to find us a room to put us in but they ended up putting us in a room that was actually clean however the blinds on the window only closed on half the window and the other half of the window was open and see through. Just really not ideal.」

「乾淨舒適」

「Waited for the hotel shuttle service for a lengthy amount of time and also did not receive the most patient response when we called about it.」

「Nice clean hotel for cruise ship guests」

「We found cockroaches in the room and some items left behind by previous guests had not been cleared away.」

「Consistent great services across all 4 days of us staying there. Definitely clean and new as described. the rooftop pool was amazing (with warm water when we visited in feb!) gym and laundry was available and we made good use of it too. excellent hotel location with lots of good restaurants around. there’s also supermarket and pharmacy within walking distance Highly recommend!」
