「Pool closes early at 8:00pm, we weren’t able to enjoy it. Too crowded. The beach was closed off due to extreme density of seaweed along shoreline approximately 3 feet wide. Room was not ready upon check-in time. We had a late check-in at 5:30pm opposed to 4:00pm but Jenny front desk staff was very understanding and adjusted our check-out time to 1:00pm in place of 11:00am. In addition to our room, we ended up paying $100 a night that included resort fees, parking fee of $60 per night and other miscellaneous charges. Upon checkout it was an additional $500+. 「Nice place but very rude front desk. She never even looked at us and mumbled the whole time. Small fridge on the floor of the room and no microwave. The staff basically acted as if you were a burden on them. We stayed at 8 different cities on this two week trip and I wish we would have skipped this one on the way back. The last place we stayed in Ft. Lauderdale was great.」
