We sampled 4 of the hotels restaurants, excellent and innovative. The staff at every interaction was amazing-helpful and positive. The entire property was spotless, ample staff at every turn. We had an amazing vacation at Fontainebleau!

Had a great experience with this hotel. Great vibes, food and rooms. Close to the beach and in the heart of south beach. One warning to those who enjoy going to bed early. You can hear the music outside till about 12:30am. Not a problem for me but could be for others.

I was in FL on a 'Gator Tour' so I was traveling ALL over the state to see all these animals and learn about the eco systems in FL. This hotel was great as it was driving distance to a bunch of places I needed to go and find on the fly!

The staff was friendly, but the beds were so uncomfortable it made us all miserable the next day. The skimpy towels were very low grade. The continental breakfast was not worth going downstairs for. Save yourself, wake up refreshed somewhere nicer

Other than all the noise and a fight that broke out late Saturday night that woke up the entire hotel....it is a great hotel and wonderful place to stay.
