The property is clearly dated but upkept very nicely and clean. Our rooms were clean and had all the amenities we needed. The staff were ok we didn’t need them for anything past check in. Even though they asked me to fill out a registration form at check in, the information was never updated to my profile. The only thing I really disliked about this property and will affect my rating is the super early check out that they are so strict with. 10am check out was too early for my family of four, when I asked there wasn’t even a second thought to accommodate us for an additional hour which is the usual check out time at other properties. We stayed 6 days I feel there should have been some accommodation for us, I don’t think I’ll stay in the future due to the early check out time.

This property is in needs of a serious makeover. It’s as clean as you could make a dog eared, thoroughly worn properly look. The last time the interior walls were painted, they went ahead and painted the baseboards the same color. And that paint job was probably 8/10 yrs ago. The whole community looked tired too. The reception area was probably circa 1975 for example. Hopefully this helps get some traction and incentive to show some attention to detail. Thanks

Check in process was quick and easy. However, upon entering my room, there was an odor that smelled like pets and feet. I went back to front desk and they changed my room without a fuss. There was someone cooking in the room next door and whatever they were making smelled very burned and the odor was extremely strong. I returned to the front desk and was a bit disappointed in the initial response that they had no other available rooms and they would send someone to spray something in my room to "see" if that helped and if not they would find me a new room. I pressed them to say that I had prepaid through Expedia and should not have an issue with getting a room that I would be comfortable in and free from sneeze triggering odors. had to basically plead with them to just switch my room because I did not want to have to deal with that issue for my entire stay. Eventually after about 15-20 minutes they accomodated me. Besides lack of parking by the building where I was staying and the issue with the odors, everything else was great. Unfortunately, we did not get to use the pool, but the area was beautiful!! The stay was quiet and relaxing...would definitely return to this property!

There seems to a problem with getting rooms ready I checked in at 4 pm but was not able to get a room until 5:30 some people were waiting until 8 pm other than the room was very clean we did have a problem with bugs it ended up roaches they resolved with outside service they baited the roaches within a day they were finally gone

We are never staying here ever again! Within 4 days' time we saw several police cars and officers. We don't know what they were doing there, but we've never seen that before. If you're doing it right, most vacations don't include the police. The pool was extremely loud and not relaxing at all. There were more people jammed into the water than I'd ever seen before. Don't even think about getting a chair near the pool. This place has people waiting for it to open so they can save chairs for everyone they know. The vacation village was right on the highway...and the pool was in between the highway and the condos making it the loudest pool in existence. We didn't even bother going to the pool. There shouldn't be anyone with a megaphone anywhere, especially poolside. Check-in was awful. We showed up at 2:30 for a 4:00 check-in. A little too early, but the manager did all of the paperwork for us so that we just had to come back at 4 to pickup the keys. When we came back at 4, the person who "helped "us was super rude. We went up to room at 10 past 4 to find them still cleaning it. We waited until about 4:30 to get into the room. We tried napping, but were woken up by an employee standing IN OUR ROOM asking us for our dirty laundry. Um, why didn't you knock? This place needs to to get their act together. We were greeted by feral cats every time we went to our car. Please have those removed. In 30+ years of traveling this was the 2nd worst one. NOT HAPPY

Checkin was at 3:00 to 4:00pm. We were not given a room until after 6:30pm. We kept calling the front desk to ask if our room was ready and received a different answer from different staff members. Once we were assigned a room, the room was not ready. The housekeeper was very upset that the front desk released the room before housekeeping notified the front desk that the room was ready to be occupied. Once we were settled in we were able to enjoy our stay.

The rooms were very nice. Big, lots of space, Nice kitchen. The pool was nice but it is very crowded. You will have a hard time finding a seat. Once you do, they have lots of activities and it's a great place.

The place VERY dated. The hotel had no food or beverages on the premises and to get the room cleaned you needed to spend a full week! Price same as the Marriott and checked out the next day. Attracted to the pic of the pool but it does not outweigh the cons unfortunately.

We checked in very late on a Friday night - myself, my husband, our 2 young children and my mom. When we arrived for check-in, I was not greeted with a smile from any of the 4+ workers behind the desk. The entire check-in process took 45 + minutes and at one point i was told they were "trying to find a room for us." They claimed it was a "first come, first serve basis" but I had reserved the rooms months in advance. The employee's talked to each other but had minimal communication with me as I sat and waited for the process. They eventually moved us to a different, older property than what I reserved. The rooms were very outdated in the "Egret Building" (where we ended up being checked in to). When I asked questions about the property they were moving us to, the employees were very unhelpful and said "we're just the night shift." The pool was more like a motel's pool. I was very disappointed as I booked this as a kid-friendly vacation and was particularly looking forward to a kids pool for my young children and ended up with much less in our room and building area. They do offer shuttle rides to and from each of the properties but this is an added step and inconvenience with two young children. The pool at the Weston property is very busy and finding chairs is very difficult. Overall, the room in the Egret Building was very large and did accommodate us, however, it is not what I booked and I would have enjoyed the more resort-feel of the Weston property.

Just ok- definitely not "4 star resort". The line to check in was insanely long. They don't mention on their Expedia listing that there's a parking fee or $150 deposit. The rooms are outdated, the limited kitchen they offer is a hot plate that doesn't work, and the floor was sticky.

However, our air conditioning was not working properly and maintenance had to come several times over our 2 night stay. Room became unbearable at night. Pool was large and heated.
