「The front desk staff was very welcoming and willing to help (be patient with them and they will be patient with you!) Enjoyed breakfast, pool area, and cucumber lemon water that was always available in the lobby (helped with the heat). Only downside was people got stuck in the elevator one day of my four day stay, but the staff did the best to get it back in service (it’s kind of out of their hands on getting a service call dispatched). Also, the couch was filthy where you pull out the sofa bed....

「I was a bit concerned as the check in process wasn’t your normal booking at Hotels.com. After taking the plunge and started reading the emailed instructions from the property owners I then realized that this is the procedure. As soon as I completed the procedure of pre-checkin all of the information for the property became available.
The location is near the airport, quiet neighborhood. The apartment is very clean, nice kitchen, and bathroom.
