「The property seemed to be clean. If I could recommend a few items in the house. Vacuum/ broom, a garbage can in the bathroom curtains/ or upgraded shades. The family enjoyed the stay but definitely felt a bit uncomfortable, my boys are on the taller side and this unit was a bit tight for them. 「I booked this location because it was listed as a hotel. It is not. They are 5-6 small bungalows. The pictures are incredibly misleading. Theres a pool, but it was green, with tacky signs everywhere saying that the pool was closed. I tried to get a refund after I stepped in one of the rooms, which looked nothing like the pictures, only to have to have to contact 3 different support staff to see what happened. They argued that although the pictures can vary, all the rooms offer the same...

Definitely clean and new as described. the rooftop pool was amazing (with warm water when we visited in feb!) gym and laundry was available and we made good use of it too. excellent hotel location with lots of good restaurants around. there’s also supermarket and pharmacy within walking distance Highly recommend!」

「Check in disaster and consistent failure to meet standards. Arrived late and could not locate room. Numbering system had no logic and our room which resembled a store room from outside poorly lit (broken light) It took us 45 minutes to locate room. All this in a thunder storm. We were fearful we were stranded without a room at midnight. A "night worker" passing was able to use her experience of the area to kindly help. A representative appeared but did not identify himself nor offer help. Room...

「Don't go there. Went to check in and the office was closed. Finally found the office person and checked in. She left and never came back. TV was not working. The bedside lamp didn't work and was taped with blue tape. No ice machine on the property Could not get extra pillows because no one was in the office. There were hardly any outlets in the room. Had to unplug the microwave and frig to plug in the coffee pot. Offic was closed at check out.」
