「Nice oasis type spot. Resort fee is too high as there is no cable or satellite TV, that hot water in the shower was only warm . Besides minor issues and the very high resort fee it’s a quiet and comfortable stay during the week and good location」

「The property seemed to be clean. If I could recommend a few items in the house. Vacuum/ broom, a garbage can in the bathroom curtains/ or upgraded shades. The family enjoyed the stay but definitely felt a bit uncomfortable, my boys are on the taller side and this unit was a bit tight for them. Our stay was short so give the price and the amenities it was fine. Thank you for have our family. 」

「Everything about the room was ok. The Check-in process was super easy. My only complaint is the Pool Closing, that was my main purpose for choosing this facility. It would have been helpful if it was brought to my attention during my booking process.」

「We have spent our anniversary at Suntower for the past 3 years and love it. Our suite this time could use a bit of renovation TLC, but was clean and quiet. Great view of the ocean. Check in staff was friendly and welcoming. Parking is conveniently available but is costly. You can find metered street parking nearby. Hotel’s Sandbar Restaurant is right on the beach and offers a varied menu. Food is good and reasonably priced. Service is excellent! We’ll be back next year!」

Definitely clean and new as described. the rooftop pool was amazing (with warm water when we visited in feb!) gym and laundry was available and we made good use of it too. excellent hotel location with lots of good restaurants around. there’s also supermarket and pharmacy within walking distance Highly recommend!」

「Check in disaster and consistent failure to meet standards. Arrived late and could not locate room. Numbering system had no logic and our room which resembled a store room from outside poorly lit (broken light) It took us 45 minutes to locate room. All this in a thunder storm. We were fearful we were stranded without a room at midnight. A "night worker" passing was able to use her experience of the area to kindly help. A representative appeared but did not identify himself nor offer help. Room...

「The stay was prefect for the most part. The pool area was a bit messy from other guest not cleaning up after themselves. The staff on site was helpful and used a translator app to communicate with me instead of just saying "no english" I really appreciate that. Apartment 10 was very clean and smelled amazing upon entering the unit. The lock gate closet to the garbage gates handle is broken and needs fixing immediately for security. There sufficient lighting and parking on the property. Overall...

「This apartment was in a nice area. Free parking and the pool was wonderful. We didnt use the BBQ but it was there. The staff were always present around the grounds. They had a cute patio set with umbrella. Would definitely go back. My only observation would be if its 4 afts in the one bedroom its awkward to use the bathroom st night as its an ensuite to the bedroom so you need to go through the bedroom. Next time we would book a 2 bedroom if 2 couples.」
