"Air conditioning in room didn’t work After we got ready for bed the maintenance man said that was not communicated to the front desk. They offered to move us but it was 11:30 at night and we had unpacked "

"Very nice hotel and pleasant staff. The waiters were top notch but I can’t say the same for the food. I wasn’t impressed at all. They also charge a 22% hospitality charge for the restaurant but as the waiters make sure to point out, only16% goes to them. They also hit you with a $67 resort fee for the night and another $60 for valet. Bring cash for tips because the hotel is cashless so good luck getting change. "

"Our room was never serviced and we had to request towels on multiple occasions. The pillows were about 2 inches thick and not fluffy, and the bedsheets were substandard in that they were thin."

"My room was very clean, if a little dated. More than required though and excellent for the price. Outdoor furniture was excellent. I used the bbq twice and enjoyed the outdoor experience. The grills could be updated but were fine. Staff was friendly and efficient. I enjoyed how close Target and outlet shopping, TJ Max and Marshals etc, were. I walked each day. Publix is also within an easy walk. I could have used the theatre, but didn't. The beach too, was an easy walk; maybe not for everyone, but I strolled there in around twenty minutes. "

"Check in staff were amazing but truthfully when we checked out not so much. The manager stood there while we waited and the other woman was on the phone with a customer and then had to go in the back to get someone to help us rather than handle us herself. Seems like checking in is great but then they don’t care at the front desk when you check out because they don’t care at that point, Bar staff and restaurant staff were wonderful"
