「There were no toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash) when we arrived, though we did contact them and it was quickly resolved. During the booking process we received an email from them to sign an rental agreement and to say that the original payment didn't go through. I thought this strange but paid them again. It wasn't until I checked the Visa Bill, did I realize we had been charged twice. After contacting them, it was eventually resolved and we got most of our money back minus fees. We...
