This place is an absolute garbage pail! It’s dirty and appears to be a homeless shelter. I was shocked. It should be illegal to advertise a hotel that is essentially a government funded shelter!

Wasn’t expected from online, once you come to the entrance you will feel it’s not welcoming, it’s dull and musty. Our room is in second floor, you will see the old dirty carpet, and the smell is coming out. When we entered our room, my son just about to have a nap, once he opened the duvet there’s hair on the bed, so I checked the other bed and found hair too, checked the duvet no covers and it’s dirty There’s some make up on it. So I asked the front desk if they have some linens, I was told that she will try to find some, and I told her that I will changed it for them. She found clean once I think, but they have holes on them but only bed sheets no flat sheets, so we slept without blankets.. we’re about to stay there for 2 days, but we decided not to. Stay away, go somewhere else for your dollars. It should be home away from home… it should be comfy and feel clean and comfortable. Not dingy and smelly room. I have no problem with old building as long as it’s clean and comfortable.

Staff support was good , check in was good . The room was very basic...no safe , washroom concept has to be improved, from the toilet you go into the room to wash your hands ??? And yet , terrible noise from running trains...all night long ! They promised nice and quiet accommodations ? Terrible !!! Very basic breakfast .

main areas at a hotel could've been cleaner. The elevator had garbage on the floor at times the hotel staff were somewhat friendly, but didn't provide much information about what was around in terms of the beach only a few minutes away.

Even number rooms are right next to railroad tracks, forget about a restful night of sleep, not gonna happen No hot water the first night of my two nights stay When I asked to be relocated it was politely denied for it wasn't possible for "this type of room", whatever "this type" means (booked on Expedia) Will not repeat the experience, this is my second bad one within past week, Best Western is off my list, will not return Breakfast: mediocre, nothing to write home about

The outlets did not work. We called and they came and put an extension outlet but did not fix the other outlet we needed for the c-pap machine. It was old and paint was peeling off. The only ice machine was on 1st floor. There were holes in the pillow cases and the sheets. There were stray cats that hung out at the door entrance. Sharp object from metal frame sticking out. Breakfast was not good.

The staff is very friendly and efficient. The area doesn't seem the greatest. While standing outside a guest approached me. He stated he was normally homeless, but staying with a friend in the hotel. He then proceeded to ask me for money. The bathrooms needed to be cleaned and updated. But, it was a reasonable hotel for the money, and for staying one night quickly

The problems with this hotel are all facility problems. The water coming out of the faucets is yellow. The food is edible. The hotel needs a full gut job. The staff are great. They work very hard trying to take care of all the problems people are having. Now the beds are comfortable. That was the best thing about this hotel. The rooms are clean as well.
