Clean hotel room, friendly and helpful staff. Simple breakfast nothing special but definitely did its job! Only negative comment would be that the elevator had a bad scent and we were on the top floor so the smell was difficult to ignore. The hotel is also situated along the metroline train rail so it was loud at times. But overall good stay and good hotel!

The floor was dirty needed mopping, a hole in the bathroom door and a few other little things. But l was thankful that l had some where to sleep and shower because l wasn't in the room much, only late at night until early morning for the 4nights l was there. l didn't complain because they say you get what you pay for . For breakfast ,oatmeal was very good the best Ive had in a long time . l was expecting eggs bacon or sausage but l was thankful for what was there. The guy at the front desk was excellent . The other staff they was okay maybe they just wasn't friendly to me .

Clean room and friendly staff. However, 1) not enough water pressure to have water in our shower head; the staff offered to move us to a different room. 2) Gym threadmil did not work.

Staff support was good , check in was good . The room was very basic...no safe , washroom concept has to be improved, from the toilet you go into the room to wash your hands ??? And yet , terrible noise from running trains...all night long ! They promised nice and quiet accommodations ? Terrible !!! Very basic breakfast .

Room was clean. Staff friendly. Shower curtain wouldn’t stay closed due to curved rod and style of curtain causing floor to get extremely wet.
