「The property is well maintained. The area is intercostal living area so nice quiet neighborhood. The communication with the property management team is awesome. They respond quickly and very helpful. Staying there is quiet for the most part you can control your neighbors but management will handle any issues quickly as they do have a noise policy already in place. Laundry area for a minimum fee if you need to use. Will definitely recommend.」

「Consistent great services across all 4 days of us staying there. Definitely clean and new as described. the rooftop pool was amazing (with warm water when we visited in feb!) gym and laundry was available and we made good use of it too. excellent hotel location with lots of good restaurants around. there’s also supermarket and pharmacy within walking distance Highly recommend!」

「Everyone was wonderful at Seaside Villas. The room was perfect and perfectly quiet as well as clean. The staff were all respectful and friendly. Our flight was delayed so we were able to rebook an extra 3 nights seamlessly. The pool is small but the location and proximity to the restaurants, bars, ocean and shops was perfect. 」
